Can I change my customisations once I have placed my order?

Please email us your change request within 24 hours of purchase.Our fabrics are cut based on the customisations selected. Beyond 24 hours of order creation we may not be able accommodate the changes.  Also, customisation changes beyond what we offer on our site will not be accepted.

What kind of fabrics do you use?

We select only cloths of exceptional quality and value from the finest mills around the world.You can choose from the finest fabrics from our collection of fabrics sourced from England, Italy, France, Germany and various parts of the world. 

Can I feel the fabric before I place my order?

You can feel our fabrics by visiting one of our stores. Do contact our concierge team if you have any questions on the look and feel of our fabrics. We are here to help you! You could also schedule a virtual style consultation with our style consultants to help you make you select your fabric and preferred customisations.

Where are the garments made?

Your shirts are handmade in Singapore.

Should I dry clean or machine wash my shirts?

Our shirts can be machine washed and dried on a low heat. As a rule of thumb it is advised to use hot water washes for whites and light coloured shirts and dark coloured shirts should be washed with cold water to prevent colour fade. Avoid hanging shirts on a sharp hanger or using tight clothespins as it can cause distortion/marks in the fabric.

How can I get measured?

You can follow our step by step measurements guide. Do contact our concierge team if you have any questions on taking your measurements. Alternatively, You can get measured visiting one of our stores in Singapore.  We are here to help you! You could also schedule a virtual style consultation with our style consultants to assist you in the process.

Should I get measured by a tailor?

With the help of a friend and our step by step measurement guide, getting measured is quick and simple! There is no necessity to visit a a tailor and get measured. We do our bit to verify your measurements, making sure nothing seems off. If we notice any discrepancies we will reach out to you for updated measurements. 

Can I use measurements from an existing shirt which fits well?

This is not recommended as garments are constructed based on your unique body measurements and your preferred customisations. However if you would like us to copy a shirt, you could contact our team and bring it down to our stores in Singapore. 

How can I update/retrieve the measurements I have submitted?

Your measurements are stored with us. You may retrieve it or update it any time at My Account > Measurements page. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries in the world! However, if you do not find your country listed in our shipping address drop down, we are unable to ship to your location due to logistical constraints.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you have ordered custom made garments, it will take 14 days in production before being shipped out. For orders with accessories only, items would be despatched in 3-5 days. We try our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely fashion, however we have no control over delays in shipment. 

Will I have to pay taxes on shipping?

Depending on where your order ships to, you will be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to. Once order is placed shipping address cannot be changed. If you are facing any issues, do feel free to contact us.

Where are we based?

Our showroom is located in #01-12 Claymore Connect, 442 Orchard Road Singapore 238879. Checkout our other store locations in Singapore.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards.

How can I track my order and payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Orders. 

What I ordered doesn’t seem to fit right, what should I do?

With custom made clothing there’s always a chance some of your garments won’t fit the way you want right out of the box; minor alterations might be needed. If this is the case, please contact our Concierge team within 10 days to let us know the issues and we will fix it. Refer to our returns & alterations guide. Rest assured, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
