MeasureUp Guide

In order to provide us with a truly accurate profile, we strongly recommend you have someone assist you for a few moments while you first measure up using the following easy instructions.

Neck 

Measure your neck by placing the tape where your collar normally sits.

 

Slip two fingers under the tape to ensure some breathing space.

Chest

Please stand with a relaxed posture. Measure your chest at the widest point.

 

Take a big breath in to expand your chest, keep the tape firm but not tight.

Waist

Please stand with a relaxed posture. Measure your waist at the level of your navel. 

 

Exhale and ensure the tape is firm but not tight.

Hips

Please stand with a relaxed posture. Measure your hips at their widest point.

 

Exhale and ensure the tape is firm but not tight.

Length

Measure the length of your shirt by placing the tape on the top of your shoulder near the collar. Measure to the bottom of your buttocks.

 

For a more casual look, please take 4 - 5.5 cms (1.5 - 2 inches) off the length. 

 

Sleeve Length

Measure your sleeve from the tip of the bone of your shoulder to the desired length at the end of your wrist.

 

Your arm should have a slight bend in it while measuring to allow for the shirt sleeve riding up.

 

Ensure the tape measure follows the slightly bent arm around the elbow. 

 

Back

Please stand with a relaxed posture. Measure your back between the outer points of the shoulder.

 

This measurement should start at the same point you took the sleeve measurement from. 

Arm

Take this measurement with your arm in a relaxed position by your side.

 

Measure around your bicep at its widest point.

Cuff

Measure around your wrist at the widest point.
