Our promise ascertains our efforts to provide the perfect fit in a simple, risk free manner. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will make it right.

For customised clothing, please note that we do not offer refunds as material is cut based on your preferred customisations and body measurements. If there is any fabric defects or quality issue, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Remakes & Alterations Terms
  • We are contacted within 10 days of order receipt.
  • Your item must be must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered in order to be applicable for remake or alterations.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (ie. Order number, order confirmation).
  • No alterations or remakes would be made for style changes to what was selected when order is placed.
  • Please allow for 2-4 weeks for remakes or alterations before order is shipped. It would take 4- 6 weeks for the order to be returned to you.
  • You are entitled to 1 complimentary remake/alterations. Any alteration or remake will be made at our sole discretion.
  • All alterations and remakes are subject to stock and availability of fabrics. We will keep you informed if a fabric is no longer in stock, and an alternative of equal or lesser value may be selected.
  • -Beyond your complimentary remake, if your body measurements changes significantly, we are not responsible for remaking the tailored clothing to fit your changing body size.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Terms

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for the returned goods until it reaches us. Order number or customer number must be clearly included in the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your altered/remade product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over USD75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Terms

Refunds are only applicable for returned accessories, excluding face masks.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Important To Note

Customers deemed to be abusing our return policy may be restricted from making additional purchases. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with any customer for any reason.

Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
